Essence is a business phone as you already know it. It uses the mobile network, but it looks and behaves like an office landline phone. You do not need to learn how to use it.

Conferences and call transfers, the daily bread of business people, keep everybody in the loop with advanced functions in an intuitive phone.

Essence also offers a lot for power users. It comes with unique cloud services allowing you to access call list, messages and contacts through the web, synchronize contacts with your other devices and manage groups of phones.

Cloud Google sync

Synchronize contacts among your desktop phone, mobile phone and Google account over-the-air. Free for everybody.

Cloud Exchange sync

Synchronize contacts between your company desktop phone, mobile phone and Outlook. Gone are the cables, as over-the-air sync with corporate Exchange server is possible on your desktop phone as well.

Cloud administration

Are you responsible for groups of phones? Use our tool for centralized administration to keep phones within your company updated. See video.

Light signals

Get the comfort of a large telephone exchange. Hotkey LEDs light up when your contacts are calling or when they leave a missed call. There is also LED for Silent mode and other missed calls.
